Prosek Partners' Unique Process
Discovery & Fast Start: We get accounts off to a “fast start.” We begin with discovery meetings – in-person sessions with clients - to immerse ourselves in your business, craft your messages and mine for short-term and long-term ideas. Our goal is to deliver results within 30 to 60 days while simultaneously creating a long-term strategy.
Success Sessions: At the start of every client relationship, we conduct a “Success Session” to define expectations and determine exactly what spells success for our clients. We then develop a custom measurement program based on mutually agreed upon goals, creating partnerships between our account teams and our clients.
“Breakthrough” Idea Generation: We are known for big ideas and creative campaigns that help clients stand out in their marketplace. Breakthrough ideas might include a proprietary research study, publishing a book, hosting a major event or creating a company-branded digital TV series. We deliver at least one breakthrough idea in the first 30 days of engagement, and likely one more every quarter.
Reporting/Results Measurement: Our reporting is designed to keep our clients fully informed and to help them communicate the success of the program throughout their organizations. We provide weekly and monthly reports, quarterly dashboards and year-end wrap-up reports that include recommendations for the upcoming year.
