Deirdre Bolton, Josh Clarkson and Jon Schwartz Named Partners

New York, NY – January 15, 2026 – Prosek Partners (“Prosek”), a leading global integrated communications and marketing firm, today announced the promotion of Deirdre Bolton, Josh Clarkson and Jon Schwartz to Partner

Deirdre Bolton joined Prosek in January 2023 and is Head of Executive Development, where she works with CEOs, founders and other C-suite executives to prepare them for high-stakes communications, including media and speaking engagements. A veteran journalist and television anchor, her broadcast experience includes ABC News, Fox Business Network and Bloomberg TV, where she helped create her shows and drive their programming.  

Josh Clarkson has spent more than a decade at the firm. He counsels clients on complex financial and strategic communications matters and special situations, with a focus on alternative asset managers and credit-oriented investment firms. He helped to identify private credit as a growth area for Prosek and has established himself as a sought-after advisor and thought leader in the space.

Jon Schwartz is the Head of Prosek’s sports business practice. He joined from the Big Ten Conference, where he led communications, marketing, digital and social media, and has built the firm’s sports practice into a top player in the space. Prior to the Big Ten, Jon held senior roles at the National Football League, NASCAR, Bank of America and MasterCard, bringing the perfect mix of finance and sports to Prosek.
