Aiden Woglom

Managing Director

Aiden Woglom supports clients through multi-stakeholder communications programs in event-driven, financial and crisis situations. He has extensive special situations experience, having advised companies around M&A, shareholder activism, proxy contests, litigation, crisis communications and IPOs/spin-offs.

Aiden’s engagements include advising Fiserv in its $22 billion acquisition of First Data, FMC Technology in its $13 billion merger with Technip, Tech Data in its $6 billion sale to Apollo and subsequent $7.2 billion merger with SYNNEX, RPT Realty in its $2 billion sale to Kimco, and Banc of California in its $1 billion acquisition of PacWest, among others. In addition, he has provided long-term investor and public relations support to a range of clients, including Charles Schwab, Elliott Management, General Atlantic, Labcorp, Nuveen, and Vista Equity Partners, among others.

Prior to joining Prosek, Aiden was a Director at Joele Frank Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher. He began his career at FGS Global, where he worked in the firm’s U.S. Capital Markets and Transactions Practice. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Creative Writing.

Name one thing most people don’t know about you.

I was an amateur snowboard racer in my youth and, at one time, was ranked #15 in the country.

How would your mother describe you?

That guy who helped make my wonderful grandson.

What are your greatest strengths as a communications practitioner?

I believe that one of my greatest strengths is my ability to translate complex situations into clear, understandable messaging for a broad audience of stakeholders.

What is your favorite food?

My wife’s japchae (Korean glass noodles). She made it on our first date and the rest is history.
