What are your greatest strengths as a marketing practitioner?

Being solutions driven and having the ability to listen. My focus is on solving challenges, not on creating roadblocks. I believe in listening and being open to having constructive debate in order to get to the best possible solution. I’ve worked with colleagues all over the world, and being able to listen, learn and balance different opinions with my own has been critical for me.

What is your favorite food?

Easy, my wife Susan’s Chicken Parm. With a nice Barolo, it is simply the best meal ever.

Describe your perfect client.

One that views our working relationship as a strategic partner. Some of the best clients I’ve worked with challenge themselves to think differently and are open to working together in trying new approaches to solve business challenges.

What three hobbies or activities do you enjoy most?

I have 3 kids, so not much time. But I enjoy traveling with them, coaching sports and trying new restaurants. I’m also a constantly disappointed lifelong Mets, Jets, Rangers and Knicks fan. I like to think our time is coming, but I’ve certainly wasted a lot of time on them over the years.

What’s your favorite part of the workday?

3pm. That is Double Espresso time for me. I like to get away from my desk, grab a cup and this is a chance to run through remaining priorities for the day with a clear head.

Who would play you in the movie version of your life?

Al Pacino. At least I’d like to think so.
