Brian joined Prosek in 2007 after eight years as an investor relations specialist. Since joining the firm, he has leveraged his unique combination of agency and public-company IR experience to establish and expand our Special Situations practice, focused on shareholder activism, sovereign and corporate restructurings/bankruptcies, crisis and litigation support, hostile and friendly M&A and public company listings.

Brian has over two decades of experience providing strategic corporate, transaction, crisis and investor communications counsel to senior management teams and boards of directors. He has helped position numerous M&A transactions, hostile and friendly takeover attempts, proxy contests, IPOs, asset divestitures, restructurings, restatements and bankruptcies, both in agency and internal roles.
