Jen LaFiura, Former Vice President, Global Brand Strategy & Planning at American Express Joins Prosek Partners as SVP, Head of Brand Strategy

Jen LaFiuraNew York, NY—December 07, 2021— Prosek Partners, a leading integrated global marketing and communications firm, today announced the continued expansion of its marketing team with the hiring of Jen LaFiura as Senior Vice President, Head of Brand Strategy.

LaFiura has 20 years of experience building brands across the B2C and B2B spaces. Most recently, she was at American Express for 15 years, serving in several roles including Vice President of Global Brand Strategy & Planning, Director of Global Brand Strategy and Senior Manager of Global Brand Strategy. At Amex, she developed positioning strategies and integrated campaigns to evolve and future-proof an iconic, 170+ year old brand. This included leading a multi-year global brand refresh, which increased brand value by 20 percent.

LaFiura earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University Bloomington and subsequently earned an MBA with a focus on marketing and organizational behavior from University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
