Since joining the firm in 2012, Davis has played an invaluable role at Prosek during a time of exceptional growth. She has helped to build the HR group into a dynamic team, leading efforts on recruiting, retention and professional development—all with energy, style and grace.

Davis spent much of her career with Morgan Stanley, where she served as a Vice President and HR business partner covering the Institutional Equity Sales, Trading and Research businesses. Prior to joining Prosek, Davis was the Director of Human Resources at Third Avenue Management/MJ Whitman, building and managing the human resources function. Davis also worked at Moore Capital Management, where she was responsible for recruitment, program development, performance management, compensation and training for the investment professionals and trading teams.
