New York – January 23, 2023 – Prosek Partners, a leading integrated global marketing and communications firm with over 350 employees, today announced that Nadia Damouni has been promoted to partner.
The firm’s 11th partner, Nadia joined Prosek in 2017 and was most recently a managing director, leveraging her unique combination of agency and journalism experience to lead and grow accounts in the private markets, capital markets and general corporate spaces. She has represented clients in numerous M&A transactions, including members of the consortium that purchased Chelsea Football Club in 2022. She also leads a number of high-profile private equity engagements for the firm.

Prior to joining Prosek, Nadia was a senior vice president in Edelman’s Financial Communications & Capital Markets division where she helped grow the firm’s special situations team. She spent the first part of her career as a leading financial journalist covering M&A, corporate governance and shareholder activism. During her time as a corporate board correspondent and team leader for M&A at Thomson Reuters, Nadia interviewed top leaders in corporate America and Wall Street.
