New York, May 2, 2023 – Prosek Partners, a leading integrated marketing and communications firm, today announced that both Tom Rozycki and Dan Allocca have been promoted to Partner.

Having joined the firm nearly two decades ago, Tom provides counsel on financial communications, investor relations, media training, crisis communications and digital strategies. He has worked on intricate mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, retail shareowner programming and more, becoming a trusted counselor to clients who need to nail their narratives and tell their stories in differentiated ways. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English from The College of New Jersey.

Dan joined the firm as a Managing Director in 2021 from TIAA, where he served as Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Brand and Demand Generation for TIAA, Nuveen and TIAA Bank. Prior to that, he headed brand and digital marketing at PIMCO. At Prosek, he serves as Head of Digital and Integrated Marketing, leading a global team with firm-wide oversight of paid advertising, digital and marketing communications partnering primarily with the firm’s CMO client base. He holds an MBA with a focus in Financial Engineering from NYU Stern, and two degrees in Finance and Audio Engineering from Western Connecticut State University and Berklee College of Music, respectively.
