Prosek advised on over 200 Global M&A Transactions valued at over $116 billion

In 2022, Prosek advised on 204 global M&A transactions valued at over $116 billion, with 190 deals valued at over $100 billion in the Americas specifically, landing the firm in third place for deal volume and in fifth place for deal value.
