Jim Henry is a Managing Director in Prosek Partners’ Boston office where he serves as a strategic communications practitioner and partner. Jim has over fifteen years’ experience in financial services communications and content across a host of segments including asset management, asset servicing, retail, and debt. Since joining the firm in 2021, Jim has led accounts across financial services, with a focus on asset management, wealth management, banking, and private markets.
Prior to joining Prosek, Jim worked in the Investor Services arm of Brown Brothers Harriman where he managed a global team and advised BBH’s leadership team on content and marketing initiatives, strategic communications, issues management and digital communication efforts. He started his career in the training program at Bear Stearns and previously worked at S&P Global and E*TRADE.
Jim earned his B.A. in Government from Hamilton College.

I’m an Australian citizen. I also have been in an inordinate amount of major natural disasters – earthquakes (’89 San Francisco), a tsunami (’04 Thailand), and a hurricane (Sandy).

My wife’s world-famous spaghetti supremo (just bolognese, but my son called it supremo and it stuck).
One of my clients once described me as her “partner-in-crime,” and I think this is a good analogy for an ideal client relationship — willing to put our heads together, open to advice, direct with feedback.
