Karen Davis is a Partner at Prosek Partners, where she helps drive the firm’s growth through talent strategy, organizational leadership and business development. She oversees Human Capital for the firm while partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives that strengthen the business and support clients.

Karen plays a central role in shaping Prosek’s future—from attracting and developing exceptional talent to helping build high-performing teams and supporting the firm’s new business efforts. Known for her commercial mindset and ability to solve complex challenges, she works across every part of the organization to align people, strategy and business priorities.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Karen has transformed the traditional HR function into a strategic Human Capital organization focused on recruitment, leadership development, employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Her work has helped Prosek scale its capabilities while maintaining the collaborative culture that has defined the firm since its founding.

Before joining Prosek in 2012, Karen spent more than a decade at Morgan Stanley and also held roles at Moore Capital Management and Third Avenue Management.

Karen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University. She lives in Short Hills, New Jersey, with her husband and two sons.
