Senior Vice President
Aleka has extensive experience providing strategic communications advice to both listed and private companies across a variety of sectors, including financial and professional services, technology and real estate. Her portfolio of clients over the years have comprised global multi-market and national programs in both the UK, European and US markets.
Aleka joined the firm in May 2015, originally based in the London office with a mandate to help grow and establish Prosek’s tech and professional services capabilities in the local market. She moved to New York, the firm’s HQ, in 2017 where she leads accounts spanning the full breadth of sectors and communications disciplines offered by the firm, including internal communications, external reputation management, market expansions, crisis and issues management, narrative development and business advisory.
Prior to Prosek Partners, Aleka was a Director at FTI Consulting in London, working across multiple sectors with accounts ranging from brand building campaigns and investor relations, to crisis management, M&A deals and employee change management. She also was actively involved in establishing the London office’s professional services practice at a young age, by leading and launching a thought leadership report with the then Chairman of the corporate communications division, to support business development efforts.
Throughout her career, Aleka has represented a variety of companies including EY, KPMG, BDO, Linklaters, Kasowitz Benson Torres, Allen & Overy, Canary Wharf Group, Level39, Lloyds Banking Group, Bloomberg LP, Kickstart Accelerator, Vista Equity Partners, UN Women and UBS.
Aleka continues to be an independent mentor at Level39 in London, one of Europe’s largest technology accelerators.
Aleka holds a B.A. Honors in English Literature from the University of Leeds in the UK.

What are you most proud of in your public relations career?
Taking a step towards realizing my dream of working in and building my career in New York.
Name one thing most people don’t know about you.
I was a competitive swimmer training for the UK Nationals in breaststroke.
How would your mother describe you?
Conscientious, considerate and with a good sense of humor.
What are your greatest strengths as a public relations practitioner?
Honesty, courage of conviction and perseverance. These are qualities I have learnt from my parents and mentors over the years, which has enabled me to win over and retain some of the biggest and toughest clients in the UK, Europe and US.
What is your favorite food?
Italian food in general and pasta in particular!
Describe your perfect client.
One that is open to collaboration, new ideas and who wants an agency team to operate as an extension of their own internal team.
What three hobbies or activities do you enjoy most?
Travel, theatre and skiing (still learning though!) Mainly it is about spending time with the people I care about most.

Sharing successes with my teams, who make it all possible.
