Bob Herbert's New York Times Swan Song
Whether you agree or not, Bob Herbert’s swan song to The New York Times this weekend was jolting. Entitled “Losing our Way” it talks about the greed, income disparity and improper priorities of the United States. I cannot disagree with much of what he says. As an employer and entrepreneur I like to think that it is different – that the American dream still lives on as I see it everyday manifest itself in my world. But I also have to say his piece rang true to me. And clearly, with his article among the top two most popular in The New York Times this weekend (with over 600 comments and counting), his words have captured a great deal of Americans.
