• Prepare for the Walk: Car travel around Davos is nearly impossible due to heavy traffic. Be ready to walk, with many participants clocking over 15,000 steps a day!

Pack Like a Pro

Davos in January can be brutally cold, so it’s important to pack with both the weather and the business setting in mind. Here’s what to include in your bag:

• Snow Boots with Traction: With icy conditions, snow boots are a must. Consider ice cleats for added grip on slippery surfaces.
• Indoor Shoes: Pack a pair that’s easy to carry and to switch into when you’re indoors.
• Carry-All Bag: A bag to hold personal items and indoor shoes as you travel between hotel, events and parties is essential.
• Layered Business Attire: Most participants will wear the same outfit from dawn to midnight, so make sure your attire is both warm and professional. Layering is key.
