Stefan Norbom brings strong experience and expertise in investor relations, financial communication and go-to-market transactions to Prosek. Stefan joined the Prosek IR team from ICR, where he was a Vice President responsible for growing their existing IR platform through the development and execution of investor relations programs for a diverse set of clients in the FinTech, mortgage, specialty finance, banking, brokerage and real estate investment trust industries. Stefan has advised on several traditional M&A, IPO and SPAC transactions, shepherding financial firms into life as a public company.

Stefan is driven to make a genuine difference for his clients through refining their stories to better resonate with the investment community and streamlining complex processes to help businesses achieve business objectives. Stefan is well-versed on industry best practices and seeks to be a constant collaborator with colleagues and clients alike.

Earlier in his career, Stefan completed the Financial Management Program at GE Energy, where his focus was improved efficiency through data consolidation and process improvement. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Gettysburg College and completed periods of study throughout Asia, including Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand and Indonesia.
