Jennifer Prosek named to National Honor Roll of American Entrepreneurs by the Collegiate Entrepreneurs' Organization

Prosek shares 'Army of Entrepreneurs™' strategy with student entrepreneurs across the U.S. to help foster their future and current business aspirations.

NEW YORK – March 19, 2012 – Jennifer Prosek has been named to the National Honor Roll of American Entrepreneurs by the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization, the premier entrepreneurship network with over 240 chapters on university campuses across North America and beyond. This honor roll is a celebration of local entrepreneurs, such as Prosek, across the country who are making an impact on both a grassroots and national level.

As the CEO of CJP Communications, she created a management model called “The Army of Entrepreneurs™ (AOE)” based on the idea that every employee’s “inner entrepreneur” can be tapped and developed, and each person can become a powerful force for growth and innovation within an organization in order to give her own staff the tools they needed to take her PR firm to the next level of success.

“Entrepreneurs are the new American business heroes,” said Prosek. “Today, people want to be entrepreneurs, even more than they want to become Fortune 500 CEOs. With the Army model, companies of all sizes can tap that desire and teach their employees to develop an owner’s mindset.”

Prosek is also passionate about sharing her start-up story, personal insights and AOE business strategy with student entrepreneurs across the country. She hopes her own account — both the high and lows — of how she reached this level of professional success can serve as a replicable roadmap by which they can help forge their own career paths in the future.

The “Army” model outlined in Prosek’s first book, Army of Entrepreneurs: Create an Engaged and Empowered Workforce for Exceptional Business Growth, can give these students a viable foundation from which to build their companies and bring their business dreams to fruition.

Prosek has shared her insights with student entrepreneurs at a number of schools across the country including Yale, Syracuse University, Saint Mary’s College and Oklahoma State as well as at the 2011 National Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization Conference where she spoke to group of over 1,200 students and faculty from universities at over 230 campuses across the country.
