Prosek Partners has opened its New York City flagship office in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood.
The 34,000-square-foot space, located at 28 E. 28th St., spans the entire 15th floor of the building.
The marketing and communications firm previously had an office for 10 years at 105 Madison Ave. where it occupied 22,000 square feet.
Since making the move, Prosek has grown its staff to more than 400 employees. Of those 400 employees, 200 are based in New York City.
The company's new office features “living room” social spaces, intimate huddle rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, a café and a wraparound outdoor terrace that offers views of the Empire State Building, Madison Square Park and One World Trade Center.
Other tenants in the building include Paramount and New York Life.
The lease is for 12 years.
“Madison Avenue has always been known as the heart of the city’s advertising industry,” Prosek Partners founder and Managing Partner Jennifer Prosek said in an email statement. “We’re committed to having a beautiful space in New York alongside many of our clients in the world of financial services.”
