Jennifer Prosek is the Founder and Managing Partner of Prosek Partners, a leading integrated marketing and communications firm with offices in New York, London, Boston, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Palm Beach, Fairfield and Cape Town. The firm ranks among the top financial communications consultancies in the U.S. and the UK. Prosek Partners was named among Forbes’ America’s Best PR Agencies in 2021, has been listed as an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company for a decade, and is ranked among the Top 25 firms on New York Observer’s PR Power List. Jennifer was also listed personally among Insider’s list of top financial communicators in the United States and on The Wall Street Journal’s “Most Influential Decision Makers” list in 2022.
Jennifer is a published author and frequent speaker. “Army of Entrepreneurs,” her first book, received praise from Columbia Business School, Wharton and INSEAD. Her second book “Raising Can-Do Kids,” co-authored with Richard Rende, Ph.D., was published by Penguin Random House in 2015. She is the co-President of the Columbia Business School Women’s Circle, on the board of directors of BritishAmerican Business, and sits on the advisory board of Signal AI and iConnections. She is also a venture investor in a number of communications technology platforms, including Qwoted.
Jennifer received her MBA from Columbia University and a B.A. in English Literature from Miami University.

What are you most proud of in your communications career?
I am very proud of our firm and our team in so many ways. I suppose I am most proud when people tell me that (and it happens quite a bit) Prosek Partners has offered them the opportunity to develop their career – and human – potential. Providing careers that allow people to grow and progress makes me very proud. And creating an environment where people happily recruit their friends and family is also special to me.
Name one thing most people don’t know about you.
I have my motorcycle license, I love scuba diving, my parents are Brazilian and Czech and my brother is a well-known author/artist.
How would your mother describe you?
She would say I'm a workaholic, and that she’s worried about how much I work. But she’d also acknowledge how much I love what I do.
What are your greatest strengths as a communications practitioner?
Generating unique ideas that have true business impact and getting people to embrace them.
What is your favorite food?
Octopus.
Describe your perfect client.
A smart client who is unafraid to push a good idea and is also a pleasure to work with. A client who is candid, supportive, loyal and fun.
What three hobbies or activities do you enjoy most?
Running, scuba diving and working.
What’s your favorite part of the workday?
Those little breaks where you get to connect with colleagues, share stories, tell jokes and enjoy the workday.
