Philip Walters has over 15 years’ experience in strategic and corporate communications, crisis management, and investor relations. He advises the C-suite on complex multi-stakeholder situations at a range of domestic and international clients across multiple sectors. He is part of the management team in London and leads the special situations team in the UK.
He has worked on some of the most complex, cross border transactions, as well as numerous domestic and international IPOs and business-critical situations.
Prior to joining Prosek, Philip spent 14 years at Finsbury Glover Hering, based in London. He graduated from Durham University with a BA (Hons) in Anthropology.
