Russell Nuce brings over 20 years of operational and legal experience to Prosek. Prior to joining, he was the Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel of EVINE Live Inc, an omni-channel retailer which is broadcast in over 90 million American homes.
Russell was the Co-Founder of EVINE Live, a New York City based merchandising and entertainment company, that was acquired by ValueVision Media, Inc. (formerly ShopNBC) in 2014.
Russell has experience in operations and M&A, corporate, intellectual property and entertainment law as well as licensing and brand development at Wear Me Apparel Corp. (Kids Headquarters) and Covington Industries Inc. He started his career as an associate at Milbank Tweed (New York and London) and Davis & Gilbert (New York).
Russell is a graduate of Wake Forest University (BA), Emory University School of Law (JD) and the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University (MBA).
