Our Path to Prosek from PA to AAE series continues with Kate Kzhemanovska's Q&A.
Could you please share 2-3 sentences on your general experience at Prosek so far? 
My experience at Prosek is way more than I could have ever expected. While I'd explored the industry around the world prior to Prosek, I’ve never been a part of such a unique culture that allows everyone to build a “custom career” and pushes employees to be the best they can be, both professionally and personally. Working alongside motivated professionals who are passionate about their clients elevated my curiosity to learn and try new things while building relationships with experts in the field.
What was the PA program like for you?
The PA program was a life-changing experience that gave me a chance to dive into the media landscape, explore agency life and familiarize myself with various industries and clients. I learned a tremendous amount of new information and built confidence while being supported by my manager, mentors and colleagues.
Why would you recommend others join the PA program?
The PA program not only offers the opportunity to launch a career in public relations, but also gives young professionals a chance to find what they are passionate about. Two weeks into the program, I indicated interest in being more involved in the pitch drafting process, and my teams gave me the freedom to do so while guiding me through the process. The program is a unique opportunity to raise your hand and begin exploring your professional interests.
Please tell us 1-2 of the top things you’ve learned at Prosek thus far.
One of the countless valuable lessons I have learned is the power of connections. From developing new media strategy and speaking with reporters, to learning more about clients and bonding over virtual coffee, Prosekians are always eager to collaborate, ask smart questions, constantly communicate and support each other and our clients along the way.
What has been your top moment at Prosek thus far?
My top moment at Prosek thus far has been transitioning into an AAE role after successfully completing the PA program. Learning from senior team members who have completed the program a couple of years ago empowered me to grow into the best version of myself, secure top-tier opportunities for clients and bring value to my teams.
